Celestial Mead "Comfort Food" Dinner

Aperitif
Gunnlod’s Tears
Traditional dry mead, with spicy, fruity character of tupelo honey. 10% ABV

Assorted cheeses, fruits, breads and crackers

Soup
Oh Pear
Semi-sweet melomel with orange blossom honey and pears. Flavors of citrus and perfumy pear. 13.5% ABV

Chicken and dumplings. (need I say more?)

Salad
Saw Turn
Semi-sweet white pyment with sauvignon and Semillon grapes. Two different yeasts were used to ferment.
Aged on French oak for one year. Complex fruity mead balanced by the acidity of fruits. 14% ABV
